SUMMARY:ACTIV8 Tubing Day at Soldier Hollow - Rocky Mountain\, Timpanogos and Wasatch High\, Sponsored by Kodiak
DESCRIPTION:This special one-day session is designed to give students the opportunity to go tubing at Soldier Hollow with friends from their own school. \nDate: Tuesday\, February 3rd \nTime: 2:30-4:45pm (tubing from 2:45-4:15pm) \nTransportation: Thanks to a special grant we are able to provide transportation to and from Soldier Hollow tubing hill from Timpanogos and Rocky Mountain Middle Schools. We will also pick up from Wasatch High if needed. \nVolunteers Needed! Two chaperones\, one from each school\, will be needed in order to run this program. Please select the bus chaperone ticket for your child if you are able to volunteer. Chaperones will need to fill out the VOLUNTEER FORM and complete a quick background check. \nYou will need to complete an online waiver when you register. \nScholarship Availability: We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you child qualifies for free and reduced lunch or your family earns less than $50\,000 annually\, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50\,000 annually but less than $120\,000 annually\, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. Please complete the Partial Scholarship Application linked here. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship. You may be asked to provide documentation (i.e.\, paystubs\, tax forms\, or W-2s) to confirm your income and/or other financial information.

SUMMARY:CLOSED GO&P Skiing at Powder Mountain Ogden Area Charter Schools - February 2026-- sponsored by Kodiak
DESCRIPTION:The Youth Sports Alliance Alpine Ski and Snowboard program gives students in the Ogden/Weber area the opportunity to begin or continue to learn skiing or snowboarding skills alongside their peers. The program is based on the unique partnerships we have built with our local resorts\, and utilizes their talented ski instructors. This program is for Wallace Stegner -Sunset campus and for area Charter Schools/homeschoolers. Must be 7 years old to participate. \nGrades: 3-6  \nDates:  February 4\, 11\, 18\, 25 \nTime: 2:00-4:00 (on snow) \nCost: $180/$50 scholarship \nRequired Equipment/Gear: skis/snowboard and boots\, helmet\, googles\, water-proof gloves/mittens and proper snow clothing. *Students on scholarship will be notified about their equipment pickup. \nWaiver: You must fill out the online waiver HERE otherwise your student can not participate. \nVenue: Powder Mountain \nTransportation is provided for this program to and from the resort\, with pick up location TBD  \nScholarships:  \n\nRegular scholarships are available for students with families earning less than $50\,000 annually. Just select a Scholarship ticket below to complete the registration process for your child.\nPartial Scholarships are now also available for families earning between $50\,000 and $120\,000 annually. To apply for a Partial Scholarship\, please complete the application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges.\nEquipment is provided only for those on FULL scholarship\n\nWe do need 2 parent chaperones each week to help with logistics. Your student will participate for FREE if you sign up for the full 4 weeks.
