SUMMARY:ACTiV8 Tubing Day for North Summit at Woodward
DESCRIPTION:This special one-day session is designed to give kids the opportunity to go tubing at Woodward with friends from their own school. Tube rental is included in the registration fee. \nTransportation is provided to and from the event. Pickup and drop off will be at North Summit Middle School. \nDate: December 15\, 2026 \nTimes: 3:15-5:00pm (bus will pick up at 2:30 and return to NSMS around 5:30pm) \nVolunteers:  Our programs rely on parent volunteers to help chaperone each program. Program Chaperone tickets are available at a reduced cost. Program Chaperones will receive a sizable discount on one (1) child’s registration. Please purchase a chaperone ticket for your child at registration. SUMMARY:ACTIV8 Wasatch Cross Country Skiing at Solider Hollow
DESCRIPTION:Registration Closes: Tuesday\, December 8th \nCross country skiing is a great way to build fitness and enjoy being outdoors with friends. The ACTIV8 Cross Country Skiing program\, for students in 6th-12th grades is specifically designed to build ski skills and confidence in a fun environment! The sessions are intended for students who want to learn the fundamentals of cross country skiing through games\, drills\, and skiing with peers. \nPlease fill out this waiver. Your child will not be able to participate until it is completed. \nDates: Wednesday\, December 16 and Friday\, December 18 \nTimes: 2:30pm – 5:45pm (students will be at Soldier Hollow from 3:15-5:15pm) \nLocation: Soldier Hollow Nordic Center \nTransportation: This program includes transportation from Timpanogos and Rocky Mountain middle schools and back afterwards.  \nThis program will happen rain or shine\, and there will be no refunds for bad weather. \nChaperones: Our programs rely on parent volunteers to help chaperone each program. Chaperone tickets are available at a reduced cost. Chaperones will receive a sizable discount on one (1) child’s registration. Please select the program chaperone ticket. This person will need to ride the bus each week and will need to stay at the venue during the session. If purchasing a chaperone ticket\, you must be able to attend all sessions of the program\, complete the volunteer agreement and pass a background check.  \nPartial Scholarship Availability.  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $50\,000 annually\, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50\,000 annually but less than $120\,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family\, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. Please complete the Partial Scholarship Application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship. You may be asked to provide documentation (i.e.\, paystubs\, tax forms\, or W-2s) to confirm your income and/or other financial information.
