During the 3-week session\, participants will learn firearms safety and the fundamentals of marksmanship using German air-rifles. The second half of the course will introduce shooting with a heart rate and will culminate with a fun mini competition. Transportation and SoHo day trail pass is included. DESCRIPTION:Join the Summit Dance Project (SDP) for this 4 week session of jazz and hip hop dance. DESCRIPTION:No matter the season\, Athletic Republic trainers will help youth participants develop fundamental movement skills and better motor control. Through drills and games\, students will lay the groundwork for developing better awareness of their bodies in space (proprioception). Classes will focus on balance and joint stability\, which are essential to avoiding injury during competition and outdoor activities. \nYou will need to sign the AR waiver before the first day of class. Students will receive structured coaching and free time to practice their new skills; all abilities are welcome.\nTransportation is provided.
