SUMMARY:GO&P Ski & Snowboard or Golf Simulator with Sim Sports
DESCRIPTION:Sim.Sports Ski Simulator training Over 4 weeks\, work on stretching\, agility\, flexibility and of course get ready for ski season by shredding on our ski simulators. Class time includes training\, games\, races and individual time on the ski simulator.  Bring your own ski boots or use our loaner boots.   Sim.Sports Golf/Multi-sport Simulator training  Golf\, football\, soccer\, arcade games and more!! Over 4 weeks\, join the game and enjoy a full hour of fun as we work through the different sports offered on the Multi-sport simulator.  No equipment necessary. Sneakers recommended for ball sports. This class does not include training on the ski simulators.   \nTransportation is not provided for this program.  \nDates: Fridays November 20\, December 4\, 11 & 19th \nTime: 1:15-3:00pm \nScholarships:  \n\nRegular scholarships are available for students with families earning less than $50\,000 annually. SUMMARY:GO&P Ice Skating
DESCRIPTION:Whether your child is skating for the first time\, or has skated multiple times\, this is a great introductory program to many different aspects of skating. The first week will focus on the basic concepts of skating\, falling and how to get up. Kids will be divided up into groups and rotate through different stations that will teach specific skill sets\, play games and allow for “free skate” time.  Each of the following weeks will  focus on a specific type of skating\, including figure skating\, hockey and speed skating (or other fun activities). \nThere will always be something different to challenge the kids\, regardless of ability (with the exception of the highly skilled skater.) Keep in mind that that this program also focuses on “Fun On Ice” to get the kids out on the ice skating and having a good time with their friends. This program is not intended to be a supplement to strict club training. \nDates: November 20\, December 4\, 11\, and 18th \nTimes: 1:30pm – 2:45pm (Time on ice\, does not include transportation to and from school). \nLocation: Park City Ice Arena \nTransportation is provided.  \nVolunteers:  Our programs rely on parent volunteers to help chaperone each program. Chaperone tickets are available at a reduced cost. Chaperones will receive a sizable discount on one (1) child’s registration. Please purchase a chaperone ticket for your child at registration. SUMMARY:ACTiV8 RISE Boxing
DESCRIPTION:Students will learn the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive and encouraging environment through 4 weeks of 1 hour sessions. The session will cover footwork\, punching technique\, combinations\, rules of boxing and application of the sport. Students will develop skills in a non-contact environment that will give them an understanding of the sweet science. Students will get to see the discipline and skill required for boxing in a safe and controlled environment and will develop a base level of skill over the course of the session. \nDates: November 20\, December 4\, 11 & 18th  \nTime: 2:00-3:00pm \nLocation: RISE Boxing Gym\, 2720 Rasmussen Rd.
