We focus on building a good foundation in weight training with an emphasis on form. Not only do we have fun while building self esteem but also stamina. \nTransportation is not provided. We have teamed up with Young Riders who will be providing the coaching staff. \nThe program covers beginner single track trails\, climbing\, descending\, obstacles and safety on the trails. \nTransportation is not provided.
