It is fun\, engaging\, and exciting! DESCRIPTION:Dates: Monday\, April 10\, 17\, 24 at 1:30-2:30pm \nLocation: Timpanogos Middle School \nGrades: 6th-12th \nStudents will learn the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive and encouraging environment through 3 weeks of 1 hour sessions. The session will cover footwork\, punching technique\, combinations\, rules of boxing and application of the sport. Students will develop skills in a non-contact environment that will give them an understanding of the sweet science. Students will get to see the discipline and skill required for boxing in a safe and controlled environment and will develop a base level of skill over the course of the session. \nNEW! Partial Scholarship Availability.  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. The Progressive Defense Tactics instructional system is more than just physical self defense. It integrates the mind-body-spirit approach to personal protection. This approach to Personal protection gives participants an edge over others.
