DESCRIPTION:The YSA is excited to offer a three-week basketball program with the Jump Stop Academy for 1st-5th graders as part of the Get Out & Play Program. \nDates: Mondays from 2:30 to 3:30pm on Dec. 2\, 9\, 16 \nLocation: JR Smith Elementary School \nAll-Star Madness is for players who want to work on their skills but play a lot of fun games as well. Each class is one hour long. Players will work on different skills each week and then have an All-Star competition or game that works on those specific skills.Ideal Baller: Players looking for a mix of drills and fun games as opposed to all drills. \nTransportation: A bus will be available to take students living in the Todd Hollow/Deer Mountain area home afterwards\, with a stop at the Todd Hollow Apartments. \nRegistration closes on Monday\, November 25 at 9am. \nScholarship Availability:  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. SUMMARY:ACTiV8 South Summit- Tubing Day at Woodward
DESCRIPTION:This special one-day session is designed to give students the opportunity to go tubing at Woodward with friends from their own school. Tube rental is included in the registration fee. \nThanks to a special grant we are able to provide transportation to and from Woodward for this session. \nDate: Wednesday December 18th; 3:15-5:00pm \nVolunteers Needed! One chaperone will be needed in order to run this program. Please select the chaperone ticket if you are able to volunteer. You will also receive a tubing pass if you would like to participate. Parent chaperones will need to fill out a Woodward waiver if tubing. Chaperones will also need to fill out the VOLUNTEER FORM and complete a quick background check.  \nNEW! Partial Scholarship Availability.  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $50\,000 annually\, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50\,000 annually but less than $120\,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family\, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. Please complete the Partial Scholarship Application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship. You may be asked to provide documentation (i.e.\, paystubs\, tax forms\, or W-2s) to confirm your income and/or other financial information.
