Our Jump Rope class helps kids improve coordination\, agility\, balance\, and cardiovascular fitness through games\, challenges\, and jump rope skills. Whether they're picking up a rope for the first time or learning new tricks\, each class is designed to keep them active\, engaged\, and smiling. \nParticipants will develop: \n\nCoordination and rhythm\nSpeed and agility\nBalance and endurance\nConfidence through skill progression\nTeamwork and encouragement in a positive environment\n\nNo experience is necessary-just bring comfortable athletic shoes\, water\, and a willingness to have fun!
