DESCRIPTION:The YSA is excited to offer a four-week Jump Rope program at the Fit Stop for 1st-5th graders as part of the Get Out and Play Program (GO&P)\, sponsored by Kodiak. \nDates: Mondays September 14\, 21\, 28\, Oct 5 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm \nLocation: Fit Stop \nGet moving\, build confidence\, and have fun! Our Jump Rope class helps kids improve coordination\, agility\, balance\, and cardiovascular fitness through games\, challenges\, and jump rope skills. Whether they’re picking up a rope for the first time or learning new tricks\, each class is designed to keep them active\, engaged\, and smiling. \nParticipants will develop: \n\nCoordination and rhythm\nSpeed and agility\nBalance and endurance\nConfidence through skill progression\nTeamwork and encouragement in a positive environment\n\nNo experience is necessary—just bring comfortable athletic shoes\, water\, and a willingness to have fun! Every class offers new challenges and activities to keep kids excited and coming back for more. \nTransportation is not provided. DESCRIPTION:The YSA is excited to offer a four-week Jump Rope program at the Fit Stop for 1st-5th graders as part of the Get Out and Play Program (GO&P)\, sponsored by Kodiak. \nDates: Mondays September 14\, 21\, 28\, Oct 5 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm \nLocation: Fit Stop \nGet moving\, build confidence\, and have fun! Our Jump Rope class helps kids improve coordination\, agility\, balance\, and cardiovascular fitness through games\, challenges\, and jump rope skills. Whether they’re picking up a rope for the first time or learning new tricks\, each class is designed to keep them active\, engaged\, and smiling. \nParticipants will develop: \n\nCoordination and rhythm\nSpeed and agility\nBalance and endurance\nConfidence through skill progression\nTeamwork and encouragement in a positive environment\n\nNo experience is necessary—just bring comfortable athletic shoes\, water\, and a willingness to have fun! Every class offers new challenges and activities to keep kids excited and coming back for more. \nTransportation is not provided.
