Our Jump Rope class helps kids improve coordination\, agility\, balance\, and cardiovascular fitness through games\, challenges\, and jump rope skills. Whether they're picking up a rope for the first time or learning new tricks\, each class is designed to keep them active\, engaged\, and smiling. \nParticipants will develop: \n\nCoordination and rhythm\nSpeed and agility\nBalance and endurance\nConfidence through skill progression\nTeamwork and encouragement in a positive environment\n\nNo experience is necessary-just bring comfortable athletic shoes\, water\, and a willingness to have fun! Every class offers new challenges and activities to keep kids excited and coming back for more. \nTransportation is not provided. Our Jump Rope class helps kids improve coordination\, agility\, balance\, and cardiovascular fitness through games\, challenges\, and jump rope skills. Whether they're picking up a rope for the first time or learning new tricks\, each class is designed to keep them active\, engaged\, and smiling. \nParticipants will develop: \n\nCoordination and rhythm\nSpeed and agility\nBalance and endurance\nConfidence through skill progression\nTeamwork and encouragement in a positive environment\n\nNo experience is necessary-just bring comfortable athletic shoes\, water\, and a willingness to have fun! Every class offers new challenges and activities to keep kids excited and coming back for more. \nTransportation is not provided. Parents will need to drop off and pick up at the Fit Stop \nRequired Equipment \n\nWaiver\nWater Bottle\nShoes and socks (no open-toe sandals)\nAthletic clothing\n\nVolunteers: Our programs rely on parent volunteers to help chaperone each program.
