DESCRIPTION:The Youth Sports Alliance (YSA) is excited to team up again with Spock’s Skate Camp for a fall Skateboard program at the Vans Skatepark. \nSpock’s Skate Camp has been inspiring young skaters since 2003\, when founder Spock—an experienced skateboarder and snowboard instructor—started teaching kids the basics of skateboarding in Salt Lake City. With a lifelong passion for skating that began back in 1977\, Spock built the camp around three core values: Safety\, Fun\, and Learning. Today\, the camp features handpicked\, highly trained instructors who know how to work with kids of all skill levels\, helping them build confidence and improve their skating in a supportive and exciting environment. DESCRIPTION:The Youth Sports Alliance (YSA) is excited to begin a brand new program and team up again with Salt City Swords\, an organization dedicated to teaching fencing and archery. For this specific program\, discover the excitement of ARCHERY! This four week course teaches the fundamentals of safe and accurate archery. Students will learn proper range safety\, equipment use\, aiming techniques\, arrow release\, and target practice. The course is designed for beginners and provides opportunities to build confidence\, improve focus\, and develop accuracy through guided instruction and hands-on practice.
