SUMMARY:GO&P Introduction to Jazz & Hip Hop\, Grades 1st - 5th Trailside & McPolin
DESCRIPTION:Join the Summit Dance Project (SDP) for this 4 week session of jazz and hip hop dance. This is an introductory class and is for beginning students\, grades 1st – 5th\, who have little\, or no dance experience.  Under the guidance of SDP Company dancers\, students will learn basic techniques in these fun and energetic dance styles\, and use them to create combinations that they will perform on the last day of class. \nDates: Fridays April 24\, May 1\, 8\, 15 \nTime: 1:15 – 3:00pm \nLocation: Summit Dance Project Studios \nTransportation is provided for this program from Trailside and McPolin. \nNo refunds will be given once registration closes\, except under extenuating circumstances. \n  \nChaperone Tickets: \nOur programs rely on parent volunteers to help chaperone each program. Chaperone tickets are available at a reduced cost.  \nChaperones:  \n\nMust be able to attend all sessions of the program \nMust pass a background check (upon completion will receive a full refund)\n\nPartial Scholarship Availability.  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $50\,000 annually\, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50\,000 annually but less than $120\,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family\, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. Please complete the Partial Scholarship Application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship.
