DESCRIPTION:Join the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brotherhood at Gracie Barra Park City on April 23rd for this 6 week class at their studio. As the leading martial arts academy in the world\, Gracie Barra provides world class instruction for all levels of Jiu Jitsu.  This program will focus on the fundamental techniques of both self defense and sport Jiu Jitsu. Led by 1st Degree Black Belt Ancelmo Sobrinho we’ll cover distance management\, self defense techniques\, and a solid introduction to competition sport techniques.  Jiu Jitsu isn’t simply a sport\, it’s a holistic combination of mindset\, respect\, traditions\, and team building. Pricing includes Gi and Belt. ***Transportation is not provided.*** \nDates for this class: April 22nd\, 29th\, May 6th\, 13th\, 20th & 27th\, 1:30 – 2:30pm. \nNEW! Partial Scholarship Availability.  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $50\,000 annually\, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50\,000 annually but less than $100\,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family\, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. Please complete the Partial Scholarship Application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship.
