Students will receive some structured coaching and some free time to practice their new skills.  All abilities welcome. \nTransportation is provided.  \nDates:  Fridays\, September 11\, 18\, 25 and October 2nd \nTimes: 1:30-3:00pm \nScholarships:  \n\nRegular scholarships are available for students with families earning less than $50\,000 annually. Just select a Scholarship ticket below to complete the registration process for your child.\nPartial Scholarships are now also available for families earning between $50\,000 and $120\,000 annually. To apply for a Partial Scholarship\, please complete the application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges.\n\n\nVolunteers: \nOur programs rely on parent volunteers to help chaperone each program. DESCRIPTION:Looking to level up your Mountain Bike skills? Come ride the Woodward Mountain Park with an experienced MTB Coach and an emphasis on improving your skills. This program will be for intermediate to advanced riders (familiar with riding lift-served flow trails) only between the ages of 11-15yrs old. SUMMARY:GOAP North Summit- Woodward Indoor Multi Sport
DESCRIPTION:Experience all the sports offered inside Woodward’s world-class facility including trampolines and parkour or skateboarding\, scootering and BMX riding.  Students can choose to participate in either acro (trampolines and parkour) or wheeled-sports (skateboard\, scooter\, or BMX) with professional Woodward coaches. Students will receive some structured coaching and some free time to practice their new skills.  All abilities welcome\, though this program is geared towards beginner to immediate levels.  \nTransportation is provided. The bus will leave North Summit Elementary about 2:15 and arrive back at the school for pick up around 4:45pm. \nVolunteers will be needed in order to provide transportation: Our programs rely on parent volunteers to help chaperone each program. A volunteer for program chaperone will receive a sizable discount on one (1) child’s registration. Please select the program chaperone ticket or contact jjohnson@ywsa.org with questions. This person will need to ride the bus each week and will need to stay at Woodward during the session. An additional bus chaperone may be needed to assist the lead if we have more than 20 students. We can offer a second discounted chaperone ticket in this case if there are two people able to chaperone for all four sessions. If purchasing a chaperone ticket\, you must be able to attend all sessions of the program\, complete the volunteer form and pass a background check. SUMMARY:GO&P Wasatch Wheels and Parkour/Acro at Woodward Park City - Fall 2026
DESCRIPTION:Experience the sports offered inside Woodward’s world-class indoor facility including trampolines\, parkour\, skateboarding\, scooter and BMX riding. All abilities welcome. Students will choose Wheeled Sports (skateboarding and scooters) or Parkour/Acro (parkour\, acrobatics\, trampolines) as their focus. \nTransportation is provided from Daniels Canyon\, Heber Valley\, Midway\, JR Smith and Old Mill Elementary Schools. \nDates: Monday\, Oct 26\, Nov 2\, 9\, 16 \nTime: 2:30- 5:30pm \nAges: 1st-5th grade (we cannot accommodate kindergarteners) \nProgram Fee:  $185 (standard)\, $50 (scholarship)\, $25 (bus coordinators) \nThe Program Fee includes transportation and instruction. \nStudents will meet the volunteers after school in a specified area. Students then board a bus for transport to Woodward Park City where they will have a lesson with their instructor. Once the lesson is completed\, students are transported back to Daniels Canyon\, Heber Valley and Midway elementary schools where parents/guardians will pick them up. \nVolunteers: The entire program is parent supported and chaperoned\, so please do your best to assist! To make this program happen affordably we need parent volunteers. We need one volunteer from each school to be the chaperone to commit to be a bus chaperone all 4 weeks. Chaperones will receive a sizable discount on one (1) child’s registration. Please purchase a chaperone ticket for your child at registration.
