SUMMARY:GO&P Wasatch Wheels and Parkour/Acro at Woodward Park City - Fall 2026
DESCRIPTION:Registration Closes: Sunday\, October 18th \nExperience the sports offered inside Woodward’s world-class indoor facility including trampolines\, parkour\, skateboarding\, scooter and BMX riding. All abilities welcome. Students will choose Wheeled Sports (skateboarding and scooters) or Parkour/Acro (parkour\, acrobatics\, trampolines) as their focus. \nTransportation is provided from Daniels Canyon\, Heber Valley\, Midway\, JR Smith and Old Mill Elementary Schools. \nDates: Monday\, Oct 26\, Nov 2\, 9\, 16 \nTime: 2:30- 5:30pm \nAges: 1st-5th grade (we cannot accommodate kindergarteners) \nProgram Fee:  $185 (standard)\, $50 (scholarship)\, $25 (bus coordinators) \nThe Program Fee includes transportation and instruction. \nStudents will meet the volunteers after school in a specified area. Students then board a bus for transport to Woodward Park City where they will have a lesson with their instructor. Once the lesson is completed\, students are transported back to Daniels Canyon\, Heber Valley and Midway elementary schools where parents/guardians will pick them up. \nVolunteers: The entire program is parent supported and chaperoned\, so please do your best to assist! To make this program happen affordably we need parent volunteers. We need one volunteer from each school to be the chaperone to commit to be a bus chaperone all 4 weeks. Chaperones will receive a sizable discount on one (1) child’s registration. Please purchase a chaperone ticket for your child at registration. This program is for those who have tried our Learn to Ski/Snowboard program and now want to progress those skills on the slopes at Woodward. This program will help to refine the skills your child has learned and introduce them to new skills. These lessons are designed for skiers/snowboarders who can already turn and stop on their own and are eager to be more controlled\, consistent\, and confident on the mountain. This is not a program for complete beginners. For a beginner program\, please register for the South Summit -Learn to Ski/Snowboard program at Park City Mountain. \nThe program begins immediately after school with students gearing up with the help of parent volunteers. Students will take YSA provided transportation to Woodward where they will have a 2 hour ski or snowboard lesson with their instructor. Once the lesson is completed\, students are taken back to the school where parents can pick them up. \nDates: Mondays Jan. 11\, 25\, Feb 1\, 8\, 2027 \nTime:  3:00-6:30 pm (lesson runs 4-6pm) \nProgram Fee:  $185 \nThe program fee includes transportation\, lift ticket\, and instruction. Equipment is not provided or covered under the program fee. \nTransportation is provided: \nSouth Summit- The bus will leave from South Summit Elementary School. Fifth graders will need to come to the elementary school to meet the bus. Once the lesson is completed\, students are driven back to school where parents can pick them up. Students will take YSA provided transportation to Woodward where they will have a two (2) hour lesson with their instructor.
