GO&P Lights, Camera, Acting! at Solider Hollow Charter School

The Youth Sports Alliance is excited to offer a four-week acting program with the Heber Valley Entertainment for 1st-8th graders who are enrolled at Solider Hollow Charter School, as part of the Get Out & Play Program.

Ready for your close-up? Step into the exciting world of filmmaking as you learn to act for the camera, create fun movie scenes, and discover what it takes to bring a story to life on screen. Along the way, you’ll build confidence, spark your creativity, and work as a team through hands-on activities that are fun and engaging. No experience necessary—just bring your imagination!
Transportation: No transportation provided.
Chaperone: We are looking for one adult volunteer to chaperone for all 4 weeks of the program. Duties include, assist with taking role and ensure all kids are accounted for during the session. If you are available, register with your child under the Chaperone Movie Acting ticket. *Background check will be required.
Scholarship Availability: We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If your child qualifies for the free and reduced lunch program and/or your family earns less than $50,000 annually, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you do not qualify for free and reduced lunch but earn less than $120,000 annually, and the registration fee is a burden for your family, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship. You may be asked to provide documentation (i.e., paystubs, tax forms, or W-2s) to confirm your income and/or other financial information.
