Certification of Team Compliance

The Youth Sports Alliance (YSA) provides fundraising, marketing, community awareness & outreach, networking, and resource sharing for its Member Teams. YSA Member Teams may participate in and receive funding from YSA fundraisers such as JANS Winter Welcome and community events such as the YSA Circle of Excellence. Additionally, Member Team athletes have the opportunity to apply for need-based scholarships provided by the Stein Eriksen YSA Endowment and Stein Eriksen YSA Merit Scholarship for graduating seniors. ***Member Teams must fulfill the program criteria annually as requested in this document to be eligible for YSA benefits.

Member Team Requirements

In order to meet the objectives of our mission and ensure ongoing compliance with IRC Sec. 501(c)3 and related IRS regulations, YSA requires Member Teams to certify their compliance each year. Any of the documents that need to be submitted to YSA should be uploaded within this form or emailed to Laurie Santoro at [email protected].
