Mountain Biking for Ecker Hill/Silver Summit and Homeschoolers
Dates: April 26, May 3, 10, 17
We have teamed up with Basin Recreation to offer mountain biking programs for Beginner to Intermediate Riders. Every rider will learn safety, trail etiquette, ascending, descending, obstacles and some tips on how to get to the top. This program leaves directly from the Ecker Hill school grounds and will happen rain or shine.
If you do not own a bike and would like to participate in this program please contact Heather Sims
- Bike
- Helmet (compulsory your child will not be allowed to ride without one)
- Shoes and Socks (no open-toe sandals)
- Athletic clothing
- Protective eye wear (sunglasses are best)
- Cycling glove
New Partial Scholarship Available!
We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $120,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. Please complete the Partial Scholarship Application linked here here to help us understand your financial challenges. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship. You may be asked to provide documentation (i.e., paystubs, tax forms, or W-2s) to confirm your income and/or other financial information.
