SOLD OUT!!! GO&P Wasatch Mountain Biking with Team Utah at Dutch Hollow Fall 2022

The YSA is excited to offer a 4 week mountain biking program for 3rd-5th graders as part of the Get Out and Play Program.

Dates: Mondays from 4:30 to 6:00pm on September 12, 19, 26 and October 3

This program is for participants who are beginners on trails, and not for beginners on bikes as students should already know how to ride a bike and may have ridden some trails. We have teamed up with Team Utah who will be providing the coaching staff.

The program covers beginner single track trails, climbing, descending, obstacles and safety on the trails.

Transportation is not provided. Parents will need to drop off and pick up at Dutch Hollow Trailhead. Dutch Hollow is a fee area. If you stay after dropping off your child you will need to pay the parking fee. This program will happen rain or shine, and there will be no refunds for bad weather.

Required Equipment

• Bike
• Helmet (required, your child will not be allowed to ride without a helmet)
• Shoes and socks (no open-toe sandals)
• Athletic clothing
• Protective eye wear (sunglasses are best)
• Cycling gloves

NEW! Partial Scholarship Availability.  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $50,000 annually, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50,000 annually but less than $100,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship.
