GO&P Park City Beginning Mountain Biking for Grades 3-5

$15.00 – $60.00The YSA has teamed up with Young Riders to offer mountain biking for 3rd-5th graders as part of the Get Out and Play Program.
Dates: September 13th, 20th, 27th and October 4th
Times: 1:15 - 3:15pm
Location: Quinn's Junction, Park City
This program is for participants who are beginners on trails, and not for beginners on bikes, as students should already know how to ride a bike and may have ridden some trails.
This 4-week program covers beginner single track trails, climbing, descending, obstacles and safety on the trails of Round Valley.
Transportation is not provided. Parents will need to drop off and pick up at Quinn’s Junction – park in the lot on Gillmor Way at Quinn’s Junction, Park City. This program will happen rain or shine, and there will be no refunds for bad weather.
Riders will need the following:
- Bike
- Helmet (required, your child will not be allowed to ride without a helmet)
- Shoes and socks (no open-toe sandals)
- Athletic clothing
- Protective eye wear (sunglasses are best)
- Cycling gloves - recommended
NEW! Partial Scholarship Availability.  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $50,000 annually, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50,000 annually but less than $120,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship. You may be asked to provide documentation (i.e., paystubs, tax forms, or W-2s) to confirm your income and/or other financial information.
