ACTiV8-Indoor Climbing at The Front Ogden – Wallace Stegner – Sunset
The ACTiV8 Indoor climbing program is a wonderful opportunity where students will get to experience the excitement of indoor rock climbing at The Front. The main goals of the program are to have fun, learn climbing fundamentals, and develop powerful friendships. The experienced staff at The Front will work with your child as they develop their strength and technique, learn about proper gear use, and build teamwork and communication skills. Everything is taught in a non-competitive atmosphere. This program is for students who attend the Sunset Campus of Wallace Stegner Academy and homeschool. Transportation will only be provided pick up/drop off at WS-Sunset.
Dates: Mondays October 12, 26, November 2
Times: 4-5 PM (Pickup will take place after school at 3:30 PM and will return around 5:15 PM)
Grades: 4-8
Cost: $60/$20 scholarship
Please wear comfortable clothing, closed toe shoes and socks, and bring a water bottle
Program Chaperone:  Our programs cannot run without parent volunteers. If you volunteer, your student participates for FREE (you will be refunded the price of the ticket).  Please choose a chaperone ticket (and use your student’s information on the ticket) below to sign up. You must commit to the full 3 week program.
Partial Scholarship Ticket Availability.  We want to provide the opportunity for as many kids as possible to participate in our programs. If you earn less than $50,000 annually and have free/reduced lunch please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you earn more than $50,000 annually but less than $120,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship. You may be asked to provide documentation (i.e., paystubs, tax forms, or W-2s) to confirm your income and/or other financial information.
