Introduction to Wrestling

Our Introduction to Wrestling program is for beginners who want to have fun while learning. The program introduces girls and boys to the physical, technical and mental aspects of wrestling in an inclusive and fun environment. The focus will be on the fundamentals and principles of wrestling including basic positions and body movements.
Dates: April 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19 (optional tournament day)
Times: 12:00-1;15pm (please arrive at the PCHS wrestling room at 11:45 for a 12:00 start)
What to wear:
- Wear athletic gear
- Boys – t-shirt and shorts/joggers
- Girls – t-shirts, athletic bra, compression shorts and shorts/joggers
- Wrestling shoes – we will have pairs available to borrow so bring socks (otherwise you will practice barefooted)
