Play is the Thing – Acting & Improv
The Youth Sports Alliance (YSA) is excited to team up with Play is the Thing, a program dedicated to teaching youth acting and improvisational skills.
Dates : Mondays, October 6, 13, 20, 27 from 2:45-4:15 PM
Location : Glendale Middle School Theater
Come join us for fun-filled Monday sessions with an introduction to the world of acting and improvisation. Play is the Thing ACTING & IMPROV : Perfect for both new and experienced performers, students will deepen their understanding of acting and improv techniques through exploration of voice, movement, and fun and active acting and improv games.

Scholarship Availability: We want to provide the opportunity for as many students as possible to participate in our programs. If your child qualifies for the free and reduced lunch program and/or your family earns less than $50,000 annually, please select a Scholarship ticket to complete your registration. If you do not qualify for free and reduced lunch but earn less than $120,000 annually and the registration fee is a burden for your family, you may qualify for a partial scholarship. Please complete the Partial Scholarship Application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges. The information you choose to share with us is confidential and will be used only for purposes of determining your eligibility for a partial scholarship. You may be asked to provide documentation (i.e., paystubs, tax forms, or W-2s) to confirm your income and/or other financial information.
