GO&P Skiing at Powder Mountain Ogden Area Charter Schools – February 2026– sponsored by Kodiak
The Youth Sports Alliance Alpine Ski and Snowboard program gives students in the Ogden/Weber area the opportunity to begin or continue to learn skiing or snowboarding skills alongside their peers. The program is based on the unique partnerships we have built with our local resorts, and utilizes their talented ski instructors. This program is for Wallace Stegner -Sunset campus and for area Charter Schools/homeschoolers. Must be 7 years old to participate.
Grades: 3-6
Dates:Â February 4, 11, 18, 25
Time: 2:00-4:00 (on snow)
Cost: $180/$50 scholarship
Required Equipment/Gear: skis/snowboard and boots, helmet, googles, water-proof gloves/mittens and proper snow clothing. *Students on scholarship will be notified about their equipment pickup.
Waiver: You must fill out the online waiver HERE otherwise your student can not participate.
Venue: Powder Mountain
Transportation is provided for this program to and from the resort, with pick up location TBDÂ
Scholarships:Â
- Regular scholarships are available for students with families earning less than $50,000 annually. Just select a Scholarship ticket below to complete the registration process for your child.
- Partial Scholarships are now also available for families earning between $50,000 and $120,000 annually. To apply for a Partial Scholarship, please complete the application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges.
- Equipment is provided only for those on FULL scholarship
We do need 2 parent chaperones each week to help with logistics. Your student will participate for FREE if you sign up for the full 4 weeks. Please CLICK HERE to volunteer!

- We will ski regardless of the weather, so no refunds will be given for bad weather, or once the program begins.
