GO&P Skiing and Snowboarding at Woodward – SLC area schools
We’re thrilled to partner again with Ski Utah and Woodward to give students in the Salt Lake City area schools the chance to hit the slopes, build their skills, and have a whole lot of fun! Whether your student is brand new to skiing or snowboarding or ready to take their skills to the next level, this program is a great opportunity to ski alongside their classmates. Space is limited, so register today and get ready for an unforgettable season on the mountain!
Grades: 1st-6th Salt Lake City area schools
Dates: Wednesdays January 20, 27 and February 3, 10
Time: 3:45-5:45 PM (on snow)
Cost: $185/ $5o scholarship price/ $165 sibling
Equipment: Students will need their own ski gear, warm clothing, coat, gloves, ski goggles, ski pants, etc…
Transportation is provided for this program. Pick up will be around 3:15 PM and drop off close to 6:15 PM. Please note that this year it will take place in the parking lot of Ski Utah HQ located at 2749 E Parleys Way #310, Salt Lake City, UT 84109 (just up from the Walmart).
Scholarships: Deadline is November 18th!
- Regular scholarship priced tickets are available for students with families earning less than $50,000 annually and on free/reduced lunch. Just select a Scholarship ticket below to complete the registration process for your child.
- Partial Scholarships are now also available for families earning between $50,000 and $120,000 annually. To apply for a Partial Scholarship, please complete the application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges.
Chaperone: We do need 2 parent chaperones each week to help with check in, riding to the resort, and being a point of contact in the ski lodge. Chaperone students participate for FREE after the full 4 week program. Please choose a chaperone ticket for your student at checkout. Lift tickets are not guaranteed for chaperones and will be dependent upon resort availability.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We will ski regardless of the weather, so no refunds will be given for bad weather, or once the program begins.

Illness: Please do not send your child to the program if they are home from school due to illness, were sent home or picked up early from school because they were not feeling well, or are experiencing symptoms of illness on the day of the program. If your child arrives at the program and tells their instructor they are not feeling well or begins exhibiting symptoms of illness, they will not be able to participate that day. You will be contacted and asked to pick up your child.
