GO&P Skiing at Powder Mountain-Monticello Academy West Point
This Skiing program in partnership with Ski Utah at Powder Mountain Resort gives youth the opportunity to begin or continue to learn and develop skiing skills alongside their peers. The program is based on the unique partnerships we have built with our local resorts, and utilizes their talented ski instructors. This program is for Monticello Academy -West Point campus.
Grades: 4-6
Dates: Tuesdays in January 5, 12, 19, 26
Time: 2:00-4:00 (on snow)
Cost: $185/$50 scholarship/$165 Sibling with full price paying sibling
Equipment*: Students will need skis, boots, warm clothing, coat, gloves, ski goggles, ski pants, etc…
Waiver: You must fill out the online waiver HERE otherwise your student can not participate. Please fill out the waiver and then return to submit your student’s registration.
Transportation is provided for this program from Monticello Academy-West Point campus only. Pick up will be during school hours around 1 PM and return drop off at 5 PM
Scholarships: Deadline is November 18th
- Regular scholarships are available for students with families earning less than $50,000 annually. Just select a Scholarship ticket below to complete the registration process for your child.
- Partial Scholarships are now also available for families earning between $50,000 and $120,000 annually. To apply for a Partial Scholarship, please complete the application linked here to help us understand your financial challenges.
- *Equipment is provided only for those on FULL scholarship
Chaperone: We need 2 parent chaperones each week to help with check in, riding to the resort, and being a point of contact in the ski lodge. Chaperone’s student participate for FREE after the full 4 week program. Please choose a chaperone ticket for your student at checkout. Do not buy a chaperone ticket for an adult.

Illness: Please do not send your child to the program if they are home from school due to illness, were sent home or picked up early from school because they were not feeling well, or are experiencing symptoms of illness on the day of the program. If your child arrives at the program and tells their instructor they are not feeling well or begins exhibiting symptoms of illness, they will not be able to participate that day. You will be contacted and asked to pick up your child.
